In this episode Geoff (PM&R R3) and Paul (PM&R R2) introduce the next mini-series we'll be doing: exploring food and maintaining a healthy diet as residents. They admit to their horrible dietary choices (Geoff needs to stop eating so many muffins) and they manage to interview Nick Monfries (Emerg R3) about his preferred way to stay on top of cooking, by using meal prep services.
